Our Shipping Policy
We do not accept orders from outside of the United States or ship products to countries outside of the United States.
We want to get our knives in your hands as quickly as possible. So, we work hard to efficiently process and ship your order to you. Here are the details:
Your order should be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Some exceptions may apply.
All packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage
Shipping charges to all locations are a flat rate of $7.50
We do not have any control over the package once the USPS takes posession. Your package is hand delivered to the local post office and scanned in at the time of its drop off.
All knives will be shipped in a new, sturdy corrugated, box with adequate bubble wrap to protect it while it’s in transit.
You will receive an email when you order ships that will include a tracking number. Please refer to that tracking link to see when your package will arrive from the carrier.
We ship Monday through Friday only. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of the date that you received the item (based on the tracking info provided by the USPS).
The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Merchandise returned for a refund must be in new, unused condition.
